Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

For custom-tailored or personalized items, if your order has been in production for more than 24 hours, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds. If you need design modifications, please contact us at ask@ca.weralix.com. Additional fees may apply for order modifications and re-production.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@ca.weralix.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with all original tags and documentation
  4. Include the RAN prominently on the return package
  5. Ship to our designated returns address (not the original shipping address)
